OVERVIEW | Château Clou du Pin is a small family estate in the heart of the Bordeaux vineyard. Located on a clay limestone soil, on the town of Gensac, the 8 hectares vineyard produces a fine, round and delicate wine. Average age of the vines: 35 years Vineyard: Pruning, removing the unwanted new shoots, disbudding, manual tying-up. Mechanical harvest. Winemaking process: Fermentation in stainless steel vats during 30 days. Aging : Aging in stainless steel vats. |
