|OVERVIEW||A lightly-peated Highland single malt, made at Tomatin distillery, matured in a combination of ex-bourbon, ex-sherry and virgin oak casks. Distilled every winter in small batches, it offers notes of vanilla, cinnamon, apples, raisins and delicate citrus above a background of soft peat smoke.|
Coconuts and cream with some botanic notes, parsley and coriander. The smoke emerges after a minute followed by a mix of lime, grapefruit and tangerines with rich almond and aniseed.
Initially feather light, followed by a honeyed smoke. The rich spice of cloves, cinnamon and star anise create an enigmatic elegance.
Light with a hint of sweet smoke.
