Matured in a single ex-bourbon barrel before being bottled in 2019, this Highland single malt has a fruity, spicy character with aromas of salt and pepper, soft fruits, royal icing, muscat grapes and spiced sponge cake. The palate offers notes of creamy vanilla, candied lemon, sponge cake, barkey sugar, liquorice and cinnamon-baked apples. |
