Biferno wines are produced in Campobasso, Molise. Whites are produced mostly with Trebbiano and reds with Montepulciano. There is also good production of rosè. Enjoy today, with 5 years of bottle age already it’s perfect after a little decanting. You can also cellar, if you have the patience, for another few years. Serve at 18 C.
