"Vertice" - a terrific wine with hints of plum and oriental spices in velvety taste and perfect structure. Blend "Vertice" consists of a combination of grape varieties Carmenere and Syrah presented in almost equal proportions. "Vertis" - the result of a creative partnership between John Duvall - one of the most famous winemakers in Australia, and Felipe Toss - chief winemaker Ventisquero, which sought to emphasize the best qualities of each variety, while combining them to create a new and perfect wine. Vineyards with Carmenere and Syrah are grown at an altitude of 250-470 meters above sea level in the valley of Colchagua in Apalta area, located in the south-west of Santyago. Soil depth: 1-2.5 meters. Harvest Syrah comes from 10 to 15 April, from 5 to 10 May collect Carmenere. The wine is aged in French oak barrels for 18 months and 9 months - in bottles.

Wine "Vertis" 2008 won the gold medal at the "International Wine Challenge 2011" in the UK and a silver medal at the "Citadelles du Vin 2011" in France.

Winery Ventisquero, having optimism, love for the land and vineyards, and based on the highest professional standards, is always looking for ways to create a unique and perfect wines. The first wine under the brand name "Ventisquero", which in the local language means "big blocks of ice" or "glacier", was released in 2000. The birth of the winery happened two years before - in 1998, when investors of one of the largest agricultural enterprises in Latin America decided to try his hand at winemaking, making the project "Ventisquero" $ 60 million.

Chief enologist "Ventiskuero" today is Felipe Tosso - an experienced winemaker, under whose leadership was built a winery on the coast in the Maipo Valley and planted vineyards for the first wines from the "Ventisquero".
