Hakushu 12 Years – Japanese single malt whiskey in the 100th Anniversary Edition
The Hakushu 12 Years 100th Anniversary Limited Edition is a special bottling from Suntory and was released to mark the 100th anniversary of the Hakushu distillery. The single malt consists of different malt whiskeys that have matured in different barrels for at least 12 years. It has a fresh and gently smoky flavor profile that comes from the distillery's surroundings in a forest in the mountains of Japan and the use of the region's mountain water. It is bottled with a mild drinking strength of 43 percent by volume.

Tasting: On the palate, the Hakushu 12 Years 100th Anniversary Edition develops a fresh and fruity as well as intense character. Citrus fruits combine with floral aromas and some mint. There is also a pleasant spice.
Finish: The finish is long and powerful. Fresh oak wood notes and subtle smoky notes round off the taste of Hakushu Whiskey.
