This 2011 Kilchoman was made from locally grown barley at the Rockside farm and then malted and peated (20 ppm) at the distillery.
Impressively mature, this Single Malt has aged in Sherry Olorosso casks for 10 years.
Aromatic profile: peaty with hints of spices, candied citrus fruits, black fruits as well as animal and medicinal notes.
Bottled without chill-filtration, in its natural colour.
