This 2012 Kilchoman was made from locally grown barley at the Rockside farm and then malted and peated (20 ppm) at the distillery.
Aged in Bourbon casks, this Single Malt is airy while showing a lot of presence.
Aromatic profile: complex and iodized, mineral, marine, slightly oxidative with notes of white flowers, citrus, spices and delicate smoke.
Bottled in its natural colour, without chill-filtration.
