The Munros was distilled at the Macallan Distillery and filled into cask on 26th January 1989. It is a glorious example of the Macallan and has been bottled from the cask at its natural strength which is now 49.1% volume. There has been no water or colour added and the spirit has received minimal filtration in order to retain the maximum fullness of character, aroma and flavour.
This ultra-rare premium whisky is perfectly complimented by an extra-special lead-free crystal decanter and copper stopper - hand-engraved and made exclusively for us by Glencairn Crystal.
The Munros Collection Macallan 30 Year Old was distilled on the 26th January 1989, then matured in a single sherry cask for 30 years before being bottled on the 27th March 2020 at its natural strength which is now 49.1% ABV. The single cask produced only 131 70cl bottles.
