It is a guarantee of aromatic flavour. All these characteristics are ideal for producing fine and elegant wines. During all the year, vines are maintained with a great care. The harvest begin when the grapes reached a perfect maturity. In the cellars, traditions and modernity are combined to produce the best wine as possible. Very typically Bordeaux. Rich rounded and generous. Great for the price. Surprisingly complex and a bolder Bordeaux yet not too heavy. Cherry and blueberry notes with a fresh spice to it. A bit of acidity and wonderfully dry. This wine would work wonderfully with a top quality sharp aged cheddar. |
