The exciting new craft distillery Kanosuke has released its second-ever single malt! This Japanese whisky aged predominantly in first-fill bourbon barrels, and is bottled at a cask strength of 57%. Kanosuke Single Malt 2021 Second Edition is a sweet and fruity expression with layers of vanilla and oak spice. On the nose, you’ll find aromas of citrus, vanilla, green apple and lemon tea. The palate is sweet with vanilla, honey, peach, cinnamon and a hint of grapefruit. The finish has an elegant vanilla sweetness and some dark chocolate bitterness. Only 5000 bottles have been released, so join in and get a taste of this up-and-coming distiller!
