From the Puglia, Italy’s stiletto heel. Negroamaro blended with small portions of Malvasia Nera & Sangiovese.
Aged for 12 months in oak, then 12 months in tank before release. Bright and rich with a big mouthful of sweet ripe red fruit with hints of roasted chestnut skins & vanilla.

AROMA : Aromas of dark fruits and herbal, classic and refined with spicy notes of warm, cracked black peppercorns.
PALATE : Hints of the vanilla bean show initially and linger awhile on the front of the palate. Medium tannins and medium acidity provide a strong foundation for the dense flavours and the lightly oak flavoured finish.
